In a region full of diverse landscapes, there is no end to the fresh, seasonal fruit and veg on offer, which is why the West Country has an abundance of jams, chutneys and preserves as well as incredible, local honey.
No two jams and no two honeys were made alike, with the hugely diverse natural wonderland that can be found in the West Country,  even jams made in the same region can taste different! The local flora varies depending on location and hives, so each local jar has its own flavour profile, you don’t get that with a supermarket preserve!
