Opened in 2011, by Cedric & Richard, Augustus is a small informal bistro, in a quaint courtyard in Taunton.
With hospitality at our hearts, we focus on high quality, locally sourced ingredients, most of which are delivered or collected on foot from local independent shops.
From fruit and vegetables at our local green grocer Granny Smiths, fresh Brixham fish from Bowditch’s in Bath Place and meat from round the corner at Riverside butchers.
We also enjoy the benefits of locally grown fruits and vegetables from local growers and amazing seasonal game. Meaning most of our produce can be hand chosen by us daily.
