We are passionate about the humble Cornish cream tea, in our view, there’s nothing better when you need a treat.
We are a small family business, based in the beautiful Cornish Countryside. But how did we start? Well, when my parents moved away, dad was missing his Cornish cream tea, so we started sending them to him. A while later it occurred to us that we could be sending them anywhere in the UK, so in 2016 ‘The Cornish Scone Company’ was born.

We bake everything to order, by hand, with love, and the majority of our recipes have been handed down from my Nan, so they are a closely guarded secret. We may have ‘tweaked’ a few, but our traditional scone recipe remains untouched. Why mess with perfection!

We care about our environmental impact. We buy our ingredients locally, where possible, and all of our packaging is biodegradable or recyclable.
As a small family business, we are very flexible and able to fulfil special custom orders, individual special requirements and corporate orders, all with the same care and attention.
You will always get the personal treatment with us; we answer every message and email ourselves, and if there’s a problem, we will always do everything we can to help.

And a Gluten Free range (which are made by Tasty Pastry Gluten free based near St Austell.
